Ingredient categories and outcome types with sufficient evidence in our corpus. If an ingredient is not covered, the API says so explicitly.
Coverage is determined by the volume, quality, and consistency of peer-reviewed
human trials indexed in PubMed. An ingredient-outcome pair is considered "covered"
when there is sufficient evidence to assign a GRADE and produce a signed card.
Below the coverage threshold, the API returns evidence_coverage_insufficient
rather than a low-confidence card.
These categories are outside current coverage. The API returns
evidence_coverage_insufficient for any request in these areas.
We prefer an honest error over a low-confidence card.
